A highlight of Tricentis Transform in Dallas was the 2026 Customer Innovation Awards for the Americas region. These awards celebrate customers who extend quality engineering best practices across their organizations.

This year, the winners hailed from different industries, but they share a deliberate drive toward treating quality as an organization-wide priority and responsibility, rather than a single step after development.

Wolters Kluwer goes fully agentic

As AI accelerates software development workflows and introduces more errors, some teams add tools, processes, and people. Wolters Kluwer chose a more scalable path.

The company’s center of excellence built an agentic quality engineering program using Tricentis AI Workspace, the control plane that unites autonomous agents, to embed AI-orchestrated testing into every stage of the software development lifecycle. As a result, test design improved 40%, test case maintenance time dropped by 90%, delivery velocity doubled, and escaped defects to production fell 20%.

This program won Paul DiGrazia, Wolters Kluwer’s vice president of quality engineering, and his team the 2026 AI Trailblazer award, which recognizes customers who have pioneered innovative applications of AI to drive meaningful impact for software quality in their organizations.

More: Test generation is free. Test governance is not.

Georgia Department of Revenue proves that quality is sector-agnostic

Some teams see an opportunity to reshape their quality engineering practices and transform those critical workflows from a bottleneck into a competitive edge. That’s exactly what the Georgia Department of Revenue did when it transformed its QA practices by moving from manual testing to full automation.

The move cut 246 hours per month of manual testing without sacrificing quality. By strengthening its systems, the Department was able to deliver faster, more reliable releases for millions of Georgia taxpayers, making it the winner of our 2026 Enterprise Transformation Leader award.

Transformations are often associated with the private sector, but the department’s success shows that innovation can come from any sector or industry.

ADP automates 11,000 hours of manual payroll testing in a single year

Speed without confidence is risk, and for enterprises where a single failure can have major consequences, automation must build trust before teams can move fast.

ADP’s global payroll team, led by Arun Sundararaman, automated over 11,000 hours of manual testing in one fiscal year using Tricentis Tosca. The effort resulted in a 93% time savings and won Sundararaman our 2026 Innovator award.
