Tricentis Academy wins STAR Award for Innovation in Education Services

We are excited to announce that the Tricentis Academy has won a 2019 STAR Award for Innovation in Education Services, awarded by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA). Winning a STAR Award establishes the Tricentis Academy as being among the best in the industry. 

The award recognizes the Tricentis Academy’s innovation in education services and practices. According to TSIA’s description, “This innovation contributes measurable value to the customer, the company and the ES organization.” Tricentis has invested significant time in optimizing an effective, engaging Academy experience to help our customers implement and use Tricentis Tosca more efficiently and effectively. This year, the Tricentis Academy awarded its 100,000th certification.

The Tricentis Academy connects Tricentis Tosca users with a wide variety of educational resources that helps them optimize their use of the technology, with a diverse set of free online learning opportunities including 14 role-basaed couses, more than 175 videos and a number of specialty courses. In addition to these educational resources, the Tricentis Academy offers core and specialized certifications that validate test engineers’ qualifications and expertise. Core certifications include Automation Specialist, Test Design Specialist, Automation Engineer and Test Architect, while specialized topics cover SAP, BI, Tosca integrations and more.  Becoming certified gives Tosca test engineers a competitive advantage and serves as proof of their qualifications and expertise.

Last year, Tricentis won the STAR Award for “Best Practices in Support Services” in the SMB category by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA). This award recognized Tricentis’ achievements in increasing productivity, service levels, and customer-centric measurements, increasing problem avoidance, and effectively handling more interactions using unassisted and assisted channels.

The STAR Awards have become one of the highest honors in the technology services industry, recognizing commitment to outstanding innovation, leadership and excellence. Together, these awards demonstrate the significant investment Tricentis has made in optimizing an effective and engaging customer and user experience.
