Celebrating continuous testing innovators
The Tricentis Customer Awards celebrate organizations who are leading the charge in continuous testing innovation. These organizations are transforming software delivery and driving business transformation with continuous testing. Their efforts have had far-reaching impact — from improving processes that enable the organization to release higher-quality software, faster, to delivering excellent customer experiences and driving innovation in their industries.
How It Works
After identifying a shortlist of standout customers for each category, the Tricentis Continuous Innovation Council will evaluate, discuss and take a blind vote on all finalists to determine the 2019 winners. Americas Regional winners will be announced May 22 at Accelerate San Francisco and Global winners at Accelerate Vienna this November.
This award recognizes a customer who has excelled in championing the importance of continuous testing across teams, throughout their organization or to the C-suite.
This award recognizes a customer who has excelled in ensuring alignment across developers, testers and the business, via workflow optimization, process and tool alignment, and a collaborative spirit.
This award recognizes a customer o that continually pushes the boundaries of DevOps maturity within its organization by leveraging the latest and most innovative continuous automation tools, techniques and/or processes.
Process Innovation Award
This award recognizes a customer that has dramatically transformed its business processes through innovative automation framework applications that drive efficiency, quality and an exceptional customer experience.
Continuous Testing Excellence Award
This award recognizes a customer that has implemented and/or expanded continuous testing to deliver significant business value to the organization, through process automation, efficiency and delivery quality.
This award recognizes a customer that has driven incredible digital transformation within its organization by implementing and/or optimizing a modern continuous testing model.
Customer of the Year Award
This award recognizes a customer that exemplifies enterprise automation innovation and excellence and that has achieved unparalleled business success through test automation and business process transformation.
Champion Award — Chandra Guntupalli | Ross Stores
Chandra has successfully implemented Tosca automation and he has built continuous testing via CI/CD using Jenkins against several key applications/projects.
Collaboration Award — Naveen Raghunath | Accenture
Naveen is an Accenture partner resource at a large financial and payment processing company. He has been extremely successful implementing processes and workflows that are helping this long-time Tricentis customer modernize its approach to testing and propel it forward on its overall testing journey. The customer’s success is largely due to the systems and framework Naveen established, and his commitment to cross-team and cross-organizational collaboration to get it done.
Pioneer Award — Mamatha Mitr | Dolby Laboratories
A leader for Dolby, she has spearheaded the acquisition and integration of Tosca and qTest and continually looks for new ways to drive innovation. And for qTest Dolby developed an additional API method in qTest to provide the ability to bulk upload results reducing a test run reporting from hours to mere minutes thereby making their test results almost immediately available in qTest Manager and qTest Insights and through qTest JIRA Integration. Dolby Labs takes advantage of Insights to make the reporting available on demand to all its stakeholders.
Process Innovation Award — Test Engineering & Automation Team | Nationwide
The Nationwide Test Engineering & Automation (TE&A) team has been one of the most advanced teams when it comes to Tosca adoption and rollout. They have been very methodic and orchestrated when planning and executing their implementation.
The Tricentis Continuous Innovation Council evaluates finalists based on eligibility status and how well they embody the specific award category for which they were nominated. Additionally, finalists are evaluated against the Tricentis awards criteria for outstanding work, which include but are not limited to:
- Efficiency and effectiveness of continuous testing processes
- Demonstrated commitment to organizational alignment and collaboration
- Demonstrated leadership in new product or process introduction and innovation
- Strength of business or market strategy
- Effective use of the Tricentis Platform
- Overall business impact achieved
- Finalists must be active Tricentis customers.
- Finalists must formally accept the nomination and agree to the Awards Terms and Conditions.
