TSIA is the leading association for today’s technology services organization and has collaborated with Impact Learning Systems (ILS) to recognize companies that were certified in the Support Staff Excellence (SSE) program. The SSE Program, offered by TSIA and delivered by ILS, is a comprehensive staff development program that ensures superior customer service experience by developing a company’s most critical service delivery resource: its people.
The Certified Support Staff Excellence Center applies performance metrics in order to help facilitate the learning process throughout the training program, thereby improving support staff interactions with customers on a sustainable level.
