SAP users are leveraging elevated QA practices before and after migration go live. A total of 45.7% of report respondents already conduct, or plan to conduct, thorough pre-migration testing and staging; 44.2% are shifting to continuous integration and continuous testing; and 40.6% are prioritizing post-migration testing and monitoring. Quality is no longer a single checkbox or project milestone – it’s becoming a built-in discipline across every phase of transformation.
Agentic AI is quickly becoming a key driver of faster, more reliable SAP testing. Among those using or planning to use agentic AI, 53.8% expect faster stability testing and 43.9% anticipate lower costs. Respondents also highlight the technology’s ability to detect bugs early and reduce the repetitive, manual tasks that consume much of a tester’s time.
By automating test creation and analysis, agentic AI accelerates cycles, minimizes downtime risk, and makes migrations more seamless. Its growing role in testing signals a broader shift toward more sophisticated, intelligent QA practices — where AI and test automation work together to support increasingly complex SAP migrations.
