In today’s fast‑moving quality landscape, TTC Global’s partnership with Tricentis focuses on delivering practical impact for enterprise customers. TTC Global is a global quality engineering and assurance consultancy, working with complex, regulated enterprises to de-risk transformation and change. Its hands-on involvement in co-developing Tricentis solutions — including accelerator packs for SAP and Oracle — supports customers with capabilities that extend beyond implementation alone.

The TTC Global partnership has also produced joint innovation in Vision AI, which enhances intelligent test recognition, and in the RIPT AI workshops, where TTC Global and Tricentis explored AI-augmented testing approaches with enterprise customers. Critical initiatives like these are essential in today’s complex testing landscape where many enterprises lack the in-house capacity to design and sustain effective testing strategies for large-scale, complex projects.

A partnership built on speed and quality

Founded in 2005 in Auckland, New Zealand, TTC Global is a Tricentis Certified Solution Partner with deep expertise in AI, automation, and digital accessibility. The company supports enterprises across the full quality engineering lifecycle, from advisory and strategy through to managed services and large-scale delivery. Partnering with Tricentis has enabled TTC Global to scale its quality engineering approach across regions and industries. By combining Tricentis’ tools with TTC Global’s consulting expertise, the partnership supports delivery across the Americas, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and ANZ, helping multinational clients manage quality at scale. For customers, this means faster adoption of automation, more consistent quality outcomes across regions, and lower delivery risk during complex enterprise change.

Tricentis’ comprehensive platform lets TTC Global deliver end-to-end services across test management, automation, performance, and change impact analysis without requiring multiple vendors. The approach reduces complexity for customers, ensures tool interoperability, and supports more predictable, risk-managed delivery. Customers benefit from a single, integrated quality approach that aligns technology, process, and delivery expertise, rather than managing fragmented tools or vendors.

Partnering with Tricentis has allowed TTC Global to accelerate SAP S/4HANA migrations, shorten testing cycles from months to weeks, and give clients the confidence to modernize at speed while protecting quality, data integrity and business continuity. The collaboration has reinforced customer trust during complex, enterprise-scale transformations.

Quote from Thomas Hadorn, Group CEO, TTC Global: “Tricentis is a truly strategic and long-standing partner to TTC Global and a cornerstone of our technology ecosystem. As a global solution partner certified across the entire Tricentis portfolio, we work closely with Tricentis to embed quality across the digital delivery lifecycle, and their leadership in AI-powered testing platforms strongly aligns with our vision of AI-enhanced Quality Engineering and enables us to deliver measurable business value for clients globally.”

Scaling quality engineering globally

One of the challenges that globally distributed organizations sometimes must tackle is dealing with quality engineering across different versions or instances of SAP. This situation often happens because of mergers and acquisitions, regional or functional segmentation, or product line and business unit specialization. Testing with multiple SAP instances often results in version mismatches and data inconsistencies.

TTC Global operates a Global Tricentis Practice that connects consultants worldwide to ensure consistent delivery of quality across different regions and industries. This global model allows TTC Global to apply common standards, frameworks, and accelerators while remaining sensitive to regional delivery needs. The collaborative model enables best-practice sharing and standardized methods, ensuring clients in various industries and regions benefit from the same expertise and methodologies, regardless of geography.

For example, TTC Global worked with a global energy company to scale Tricentis solutions across its regions and divisions. The engagement unified testing practices, ensured consistent automation coverage, and enabled cross-geography knowledge sharing.

The role of AI and automation in quality engineering

A major grocery retailer in the APAC region turned to TTC Global as it embarked on an SAP implementation for its operations. The retailer faced significant challenges in testing the downstream impacts on its Point of Sales (POS) system that resulted in testing cycle delays, reliance on manual testing, and the risk of errors in customer-facing transactions.

TTC Global combined Tricentis Vision AI with additional automation techniques to streamline both regression and volume testing for the POS system. This approach reflects TTC Global’s broader focus on applying automation pragmatically to reduce operational risk rather than simply increasing test volume. The approach significantly reduced the time and effort required for testing while improving accuracy and reliability. Regression testing reduced manual test execution time from three to four working days to 11 hours. Automated volume testing completed testing in just 6.5 hours, a significant efficiency gain for the retailer.

Just like the grocery retailer, TTC Global envisions AI fundamentally reshaping testing practices by assisting in intelligent test design and predicting risks before they occur. Autonomous agents will become an extension of human testers by taking over repetitive, time-consuming tasks while humans remain ‘in the loop’ for validation and oversight. TTC Global is working with Tricentis on agent-based models, including pilots of the Tricentis Quality Agent and AI Workspace. These innovations aim to bring the vision of a “QE team in a box” closer to reality while maintaining governance and accountability in enterprise environments.

A future of transforming enterprise testing and assurance

Looking ahead, TTC Global’s vision for its partnership with Tricentis is to continue evolving how quality engineering supports enterprise confidence, resilience, and change. Together with Tricentis, it is exploring ways to embed AI-driven insights, multimodal test generation, and agent-based automation into enterprise quality strategies, helping clients make smarter, data-driven decisions about risk and release readiness.

TTC Global also sees an opportunity to replicate the success it has built with Tricentis in the SAP ecosystem. Just as it has co-developed the SAP Accelerator Pack to simplify and accelerate S/4HANA migrations, TTC Global is now building similar assets for Oracle and other enterprise technologies. These accelerators are designed to address real-world delivery challenges, not just tooling configuration, and demonstrate how the partnership goes beyond implementation to co-innovation that directly addresses customer pain points and reduces delivery risk.

The future of the Tricentis and TTC Global partnership is about growth with purpose. As the partnership scales to global impact, the shared goal is clear: to empower enterprises to deliver change at pace, without compromising the quality and assurance they rely on for the long term.
