Tricentis Appoints Chris Collins as Chief Customer Officer

Industry veteran to focus on driving customer satisfaction and value

Collins will be responsible for leading all Tricentis customer-facing functions globally, including Professional Services, Support, Customer Success, Training and Education, and Renewals.

With over 30 years in the industry, Collins brings a wealth of experience leading high-volume and deadline-driven teams. Most recently, Collins was the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Ellucian responsible for leading all post-sales functions globally. He has held executive leadership roles at Medallia, CA Technologies, Mercury Interactive, and Tandem Computers.
