Our quality journey: From assurance to engineering and experience
The new challenges of the digital age push the notion of Quality towards new horizons, where Quality becomes a key market differentiator and an enabler of key business targets like customer happiness. At the same time, modern delivery methodologies have changed the way we approach large-scale delivery and blurred the gates between different phases. In this talk, we share our vision on how new notions of Quality can be addressed at an enterprise strategy level, where established as well as new practices fit together to inform processes and products with Quality concerns in a coherent manner.
