What are my user credentials?
If you have an existing Tricentis support portal account, please use the email and password associated with your support portal account for activating your trial license.
If you are a new user and have never created a Tricentis support portal account, please use the credentials (email address + password) that you provided when filling out the form and verifying your account. Watch this video on how to enter your user credentials in Tosca to activate your license.
How can I create and run a test case?
Follow the guided tour in Tosca. This will walk you through how to create and run your first automated test case using the Tricentis insurance sample application.
Can I get the trial extended?
Yes. However, you can only request a new Tosca trial 30 days after your existing trial has expired. Contact sales if you need assistance.
Does the trial include all features and capabilities of Tosca?
No. The trial does not include Vision AI, data integrity, service virtualization, test data service, or different types of testing like API and mobile testing. If you’d like to access these features, please request a demo.
Does a Tosca trial activate other Tricentis product trials?
No. You must individually sign up to separate product trials such as Tricentis qTest or Tricentis NeoLoad. For more information, click here.
