The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Tricentis.

While COVID-19 is certainly a new challenge for all of us, we remain fully dedicated to doing whatever is needed to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, partners, employees and the wider community.

Business as usual — remotely

With customers, partners, and our own Tricentis team working in this new environment, we want to assure you that we are committed to following best practices to maintain business as usual.

• We will continue to ensure open lines of communication with our customers
• You can expect the same level of support with our team working from home offices
• Service delivery is now performed remotely with the same team members, efficiency, and focus on enabling your success

Tricentis Accelerate San Francisco goes virtual…and global

After careful consideration for our community and the health of our customers, partners, and employees, we’ve decided to change the format of Tricentis Accelerate San Francisco, originally planned for April 29-30, 2020. We will now host a free, one-day online experience for all regions on Wednesday, April 29. Already purchased tickets will be fully refunded.

Remote pilot projects — for everyone’s safety

We have developed a number of remote options for Pilot Projects. We will work with the technical leads for each engagement to discuss the available remote access options, and help you select the best one for your project and infrastructure.

• Pilots can be conducted by our staff and your employees remotely
• You can select from 4 different remote access options (outlined here)
• Zero chance of delays/disruptions due to travel issues

More opportunities to learn and stay connected

With all major tradeshows and events getting canceled, we will be hosting a number of webinars over the coming months to help you stay on top of latest industry trends, developments and best practices. An up-to-date schedule can be found here.

Unlimited access to Tricentis Academy for customers

Now that many of you are currently working remotely, we want to provide unlimited free access to Tricentis Academy until the end of May. Please feel free to take advantage of all online trainings and certification programs, available here.

Free load testing for Gov’t, NGO or NFP entities

Tricentis is offering its flood.io load testing platform free of charge until 30 April 2020 for any Government, NGO, or NFP entities.
