Here’s what you’ll get from our latest release.

A unified, modern NeoLoad Web experience

NeoLoad 2026.1 brings the next-gen NeoLoad Web interface to on-prem customers, which has already been available to SaaS customers since early 2025. By unifying the platform across deployment models, this release ensures that every team is poised to benefit as much as possible from future updates.

For on-prem customers, this update introduces the modern UI that SaaS customers have already been using. It includes enhanced reporting and visualization, customizable dashboards, streamlined navigation, and an open API architecture for expanded extensibility and automation. The previous interface will still receive critical maintenance and security updates, but teams must be using the next-gen UI to benefit from new features.

This update not only provides an enhanced interface with access to future innovation, but puts them in a better position if they choose to adopt NeoLoad’s SaaS version in the future, especially as we expand the flexibility of our deployment offerings as we move further into 2026.

Who benefits:

  • On-prem customers gain access to the modern interface and stay on the supported, forward-moving platform
  • SaaS customers on v2 benefit from a consistent, continuously improving UI with no required action
  • Organizations planning future modernization who want a clear, streamlined path to SaaS

Agent-Based Dynamic Infrastructure: A secure path to leveraging cloud benefits

Agent-Based Dynamic Infrastructure (ABDI) offers a secure and flexible way for organizations to leverage the benefits of our cloud capabilities from on-prem. ABDI allows customers to run on-demand Dynamic Infrastructure behind their firewall while using an outbound-only communication model. Because the agent initiates all connections, no inbound network access or firewall changes are required.

This update is specifically designed to make the adoption of SaaS capabilities easier on customers for whom network security constraints are a barrier. ABDI gives security teams the assurances they need while enabling performance teams to operate with the agility and scalability of cloud-based testing.

Who benefits:

  • Security-constrained enterprises that previously couldn’t adopt SaaS
  • Organizations with strict compliance needs that still want modern, scalable performance testing

Strengthening enterprise governance with VUH Limit & Audit

To support organizations scaling performance testing across multiple teams, this release introduces VUH Limit & Audit. These capabilities give administrators clearer control over VUH consumption by setting workspace level limits and providing visibility into usage across teams. This ensures predictable resource usage, helping accurately manage budget and cost allocation.

Who benefits:

  • Enterprises and GSIs that need governance and accountability for shared performance testing resources
  • Organizations with multiple teams relying on the same VUH pool and seeking more predictable planning and budgeting
