Panelists include Mahmoud EIAssir (Google), Jeff Keisling (Pfizer – retired), Louise McCarthy (Recognise Financial Services), Erwin Logt (Danone), and our moderator and Chief Marketing Officer at Tricentis, Brent Remai.

Speaker: Mahmoud ElAssir, Vice President of Google Cloud Customer Experience, Google Cloud
Mahmoud leads the Enterprise Customer Experience organization for Google Cloud and is responsible for the development and execution of strategy that enables strategic enterprise customers to transform and realize business value faster with Google Cloud products and services. Prior to Google, Mahmoud spent 22 years at Verizon in multiple technology leadership roles, including SVP and CTO, where he was responsible for accelerating the speed of innovation and digital transformation of a $3.3B IT portfolio by leading the vision, design, and delivery of next generation of technical capabilities, enterprise architecture, data platforms, and digital workplace. He led the Verizon journey to the cloud (Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle OCI, etc.) and drove innovation, speed, and efficiency. In these roles, he partnered with multiple line of business CIOs to enable successful business outcomes through platforms adoption. Prior to this role, Mahmoud was SVP and CIO for Verizon Consumer and Mass Business (CMB) and reported directly to the Business Unit President. He led the strategy, architecture, development, and management of the information systems portfolio enabling marketing, sales, delivery, and assurance of voice, data, and video services for consumer and mass business customers. He supported and drove multiple business and technology initiatives that grew revenue at 4% year over year and improved margin by $400M. Mahmoud attended the American University of Beirut where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in computer and communications engineering. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, Rania, and their three kids, Noor, Dean and Rayan. In his spare time, Mahmoud enjoys flying airplanes.

Speaker: Jeffrey Keisling, Chief Information Officer (Retired), Pfizer
As the CIO of Pfizer (retired), Senior Advisor, and Advisory Board Member, Jeffrey Keisling has over 30 years of experience in technology, health, life sciences, and financial services. As a Chief Information Officer for 25 years, he has designed and delivered the technology strategy for several of the world’s largest global enterprises. He has extensive experience in leading tech transformation and integrating company operations, following more than twenty mergers, acquisitions, and spins. Globally recognized as a business-focused technology leader, Jeff is perhaps best known through his work in organization talent and cultural development in times of rapid change and digital transformation. He has served on the CEO advisory boards of the world’s largest technology companies, served as a board member for a thriving tech/services startup, and presently provides advisory assistance to a range of large global companies. Jeff recently retired from Pfizer (18 years) as the Senior Vice President of Business Technology, and the company’s global CIO. He led the company’s global technology organization, strategy, and execution worldwide, spanning all lines of business inclusive of Human Health, Consumer Health, and Animal Health, and led the company’s digital and analytics efforts across the digital health ecosystem.

Speaker: Erwin Logt, Group Chief Information Officer, Danone
Erwin is a transformational business leader in Digital, IT, and Business Services. He is currently the group CIO at Danone after six years with the multinational dairy company FrieslandCampina, and 18 years with Procter & Gamble. He aims to drive unique value for the company, its consumers, and its partners through digital technology and data, while continuing the right level of standardization and automation of the company’s transactional backbone. He is recognized for transforming the IT function into an Agile business partner with strong operational excellence. Erwin has lived and worked in Belgium, Germany, U.K., Switzerland, U.S., the Netherlands, and now lives in Paris, France.

Louise is an outstanding and dynamic inspirational business transformational and business change leader with over 35 years of experience in large private and public sector organizations. She’s also highly respected in the technology and digital industries as a passionate, energized, and transformational leader who achieves amazing results. Louise is valued at board level for design of complex technology and digital transformational visions and strategy. She is known for the ability to take complex organizations with the need for transformation and align them to business objectives. Her background in finance and commercial gives her the ability to see the wider picture and achieve commercial creativity.
