“Migration” vastly underestimates the level and scope of transformation involved in adopting SAP S/4HANA. With SAP’s 2025 S/4HANA ultimatum looming, now is the time to start anticipating what’s really going to be required to:

SAP estimates that an S/4HANA migration could take 12-18 months.
