Adam is currently a Director of Software Engineering in the TechOps group within the Dell ISG organization. He runs a DevOps team which helps support an eco-system of productivity for ~15K person engineering organization. He has spent the past 20 years building products and leading development teams and organizations. His focus for the past five years has been on improving productivity for engineering teams. For the past 15 years, Adam has been a part-time professor at Boston University’s Metropolitan College in their computer science department, where he teaches classes ranging from Systems Analysis and Design, to IT Strategy and Management. His post-graduate work was in expansion of UML, incorporating testing into the design stages of the software development life-cycle, creating an extension to UML called UMLTest.
