Mark Trinh, Senior Digital Transformation Strategist, Tricentis
Mark is a serial entrepreneur and 20+ year veteran in the IT industry with rich experience in start ups as well as working with large enterprises. He has previously held a wide range of positions including solutions architect, product management, development management and engineering. Currently, Mark is a Sr Digital Transformation Strategist at Tricentis where he manages programs (the Continuous Testing Maturity Assessments and the Continuous Testing Framework) that help their enterprise customers implement continuous testing across their organization.

Jori Ramakers, Director of CX Strategy, Tricentis
Jori helped some of the world’s largest organizations transform their software testing practices. In his current role as director of Customer Experience Strategy at Tricentis his team develops methods and tools to simplify and standardize testing transformation. He is the driving force behind the Continuous Testing Maturity Assessment and a framework for enterprise continuous testing. Jori came to Tricentis with over a decade of experience working as a testing and automation consultant.
