Chris Collins is Chief Customer Officer at Tricentis and brings more than 30 years of experience leading high-volume and deadline-driven teams. Chris is a strategic business development professional who builds high performing teams, deep customer relationships, and leads organizations to define and implement effective sales and services strategies that scale with the customer experience at the center of all they do.
Prior to Tricentis, Chris was the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Ellucian responsible for leading all post sales functions globally including Professional Services, Customer Support, Managed Services, Customer Success and Education.
Before moving to Ellucian, Chris led Global Services, Education and Partners at Medallia, focusing on customer experience programs across all key verticals. Prior to Medallia, Chris spent over a decade at CA Technologies in various professional leadership roles culminating as General Manager of Global Services and Education. Chris has also held senior IT, customer service, and engineering positions at Mercury Interactive and Tandem Computers.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Studies from San Jose State University.
