I am thrilled to announce that Kevin Thompson has joined Tricentis as CEO. Kevin has a remarkable track record leading top enterprise tech companies. He is seasoned in driving rapid growth across both private and public companies.
With Kevin as CEO, SolarWinds emerged as a leader in IT infrastructure management for the IT Pro, DevOps, and MSP communities. He was instrumental in driving rapid growth and taking the company from a small startup to a market leader with over $1B in annual revenue. Prior to joining SolarWinds in 2006, Kevin was Chief Financial Officer of Surgient, Inc. (acquired by Quest Software) and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at SAS. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Red Hat, Inc.
I would like to thank Sandeep Johri for his dedication to Tricentis. Under Sandeep’s leadership, Tricentis has grown 35X and scaled into a global industry leader. As the Tricentis Founder, I remain amazed at how far the company has come since its inception as a niche software testing service provider in the DACH region. We’ve grown from a handful of employees to hundreds and now over a thousand. We’ve taken our flagship product, Tosca, and made it the linchpin of the industry’s top Continuous Testing platform. This steadfast commitment to innovation is how we’ve grown to 1,800+ global customers today, and it remains the driving force behind our path forward.
Now, we’re ready for the next phase of massive growth as the market leader. I am absolutely confident that Kevin is the perfect person to lead us into the future.
